1. Does Vajra Realm ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

· Yemen

· Cuba

· Iran

· Sudan

2. How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$69.99. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs US$6. If you choose Express Shipping, it starts at $29.99 USD.

1. “Free shipping for orders over $69.99 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
2. The shipping cost-$18 USD of the Free Product is not deductible. $18 USD including processing fee, shipping, and customs duties.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Delivery Time

· Order Processing: 2-7 Business Days.（Since the product involves traditional rituals       that take 2 to 3 days, the processing time will be a bit longer.）

· Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL ): 6-8 Business Days.

· Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.

Wrong Shipping Information

· If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

· Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

 4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:   TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

1. 

When the product, after being handmade and going through the traditional rituals, is delivered to the carrier, the order tracking number will be uploaded to the order page shortly.

2. 

Due to international shipping, it takes 3 to 5 days for the package to reach the airport of the international freight center. During this period, the inland transportation information of the international freight center will be blank. The relevant shipping information will be updated only after the package arrives at the international freight center and is scanned.

3. 

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at guan@vajrarealm.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
